Let me get this out, I am a Twilight fan. More the books than the movies, Kirsten Stewart bugs me. So when I saw a trailer for this only one word flashed through my mind like the Welcome to Las Vegas sign: FINALLY. I laughed throughout the whole trailer.
I begged my mother to see this with me, she reluctantly agreed.
I laughed the whole time, even if the lines were awkward and random, the way they would say the lines would crack me up.
The acting is dead on about how the actors depict their characters in the actual movies. Becca is all twitchy and depressed about everything. Edward is depressing and weird. Jake is just there an hitting on Becca, distracted by everything. Everything is just so obnoxious and true that you can do nothing but laugh.
I enjoyed watching this one with you even if we skipped the popcorn :-)
